Trash and recycling are picked up early Thursday morning. Guests staying through Wednesday evening should place the appropriate bins at the end of the driveway for Thursday pickup. More detailed trash instructions are provided with the guest welcome information.

Yes. Minimum stays vary depending on the season and certain Provincetown theme weeks. Please see Availability & Rates for current details.

What is required to confirm a reservation?

A signed Short Term Rental Agreement and an initial payment of 50% of the rental fee are required.

The remaining rental balance, along with the $1,000 refundable security deposit, is due three months prior to check-in.

Yes. A $1,000 refundable security deposit is required. It will be refunded within 14 days after checkout, less any applicable deductions for damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made in writing at least 90 days before the rental period are eligible for a refund of the rental fee. For cancellations made with less than 90 days' notice, the rental fee may be forfeited. If the property is successfully re-rented, all monies paid, including the security deposit, will be refunded.

What do I need to do before checking out?

Before departure, guests are asked to: remove food and beverages brought into the condo; take bathroom and kitchen trash to the designated rear trash barrel; remove sheets from the beds and leave them in the bathrooms; leave used towels in the bathrooms; check drawers and closets for personal belongings; lock the doors when leaving. There is no need to wash the linens or towels; the cleaning team handles that.

Do I need to clean the condo before leaving?

You do not need to perform a full cleaning. We simply ask that you follow the checkout instructions and leave the property in reasonable condition for the cleaning team.
