Policies & Agreement
To help ensure a smooth stay for everyone, The Conant has established rental policies that are outlined in our Short Term Rental Agreement. The information below highlights several important terms. All guests are required to review and sign the applicable rental agreement before a reservation is confirmed.

Maximum Occupancy
The Conant accommodates a maximum of 4 overnight guests.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Check-out is promptly at 10:00 AM.
Payment Schedule
50% of the rental fee is due with the signed rental agreement. The remaining rental balance, along with the $1,000 refundable security deposit, is due three months prior to check-in.
Security Deposit
A $1,000 refundable security deposit is required. It will be refunded within 14 days after checkout, less any applicable deductions for damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made in writing at least 90 days before the rental period are eligible for a refund of the rental fee. For cancellations made with less than 90 days' notice, the rental fee may be forfeited. If the property is successfully re-rented, all monies paid, including the security deposit, will be refunded.
Property Policies
Important Property Policies
No Pets
Pets are not permitted.
No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the condo or in the property's common areas.
Parties & Events
Parties, events, receptions, gatherings, and celebrations are not permitted without prior written approval.
Electric Vehicle Charging
Electric vehicles may not be charged using the property's electricity or outlets.
Candles & Open Flames
Candles, incense, and other open flames are prohibited.
Plumbing
Only toilet paper may be flushed. Wipes, paper towels, feminine products, and similar items should not be flushed.
Furniture
Furniture should not be moved between rooms without prior approval.
