Shared / Hosted Stay
A More Flexible Way to Stay at The Conant
On select dates, The Conant may be available as a Shared / Hosted Stay while the owners are in residence. This option is ideal for one or two guests who do not need the entire condo.
Maximum occupancy is 2 guests.
Guest Spaces
Guests have exclusive use of the Guest Bedroom and Guest Bathroom during their stay.
These rooms are located within the main condo and do not have a separate private entrance. Guests access them through the shared first-floor common areas, including the kitchen.
This is not a separate apartment, suite, or ADU.
Guests also have shared access to the home's common indoor and outdoor spaces, including the kitchen, living room, dining area, front patio, backyard patio, and other common areas.
The owners are also in residence and may use these same common areas during the stay.
Availability
This stay option is offered only on select dates when the owners are in residence. Availability is not shown on the regular full-condo calendar.

Rates
Rates are typically about half of the regular full-condo rate for the same dates. Final pricing is confirmed directly with the owners based on the dates requested.
